I was late for the months of -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, and -/-/- the late fees are $87.00 dollars per month. In -/-/- I paid the balance and paid extra I have not been late since. The late fee was still showing in -/-/- and I called and they said they would apply the over payment to the late fee. Why is the late fee still on my account? Why would n't it ever be applied to my account unless I call. Why are the late fees so much money? Why do I still owe my regular monthly car payment when I keep paying extra? The late fees are excessive and the way you have to call and waste time calling them to get your money applied to the late fee is ridiculous. Ally Auto Finance.
