Failing to honor a mandatory arbitration clause in my credit card agreement. I received a summons on a debt from - credit and immediately requested arbitration. They continued with the lawsuit against me and we arrived at court on - -. The lawyer representing them is - - -. I brought a copy of my agreement obtained from - He immediately questioned the validity of of that agreement because it was dated -/-/-. I went home and printed yet another agreement from -/-/-, both having the same arbitration clause. He is now asking for summary judgment and I have a new court date of - -. He is also claiming his client may be in TILA violation and submitted the wrong agreement on cfpb.
