On - - of 2015 I requested my Equifax credit file frozen. My Confirmation # was -. I was told I would get a PIN # in the mail, but it never came. Without the PIN I had it temporarily unfrozen in - for 10 days for - Bank to look at my Credit without a PIN. I had a score of -. I am looking to refinance a mortgage now, but without the PIN I can not go online to temporarily unfreeze my records. I have tried repeatedly to call Equifax , but I can not speak to a real person and could not get help online either. Please contact me by phone/text, email or mail to get my credit records temporarily unfrozen.
