Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Arizona

I initiated a dispute with all - credit bureaus regarding - - credit card account -. The investigation came back as verified, however I did not ask for verification that the account was mine, I asked the CRA to verify the date of first delinquency being that there is conflicting information for this account as to when the first delinquency occurred ( see attached report ). This account is approximately 7 years old and should be deleted from my credit file.
