I purchased - items from Kohl 's using Kohl 's Charge Card online ( order # - -. I refused delivery with the carrier and the items were returned to Kohl 's. Kohl 's has refunded - item but refuses to refund the other item and Kohl 's Charge refuses to reverse the charge. I never got possession of the item so expect the charges to be reversed. There were purchased together and shipped under the same tracking number and where refused delivery at the same time. So I am puzzled why Kohl 's have decided to reverse the charge for - but not the other.
