Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Colorado

I sent a copy of a letter submit - to transunion that state that transunion must delete the account submitted to them back on 2011 for the amount of - .and transunion refused to deleted that account from my credit report while - did. Transunion have the copy of the letter .i call them to know why they said that have to investigate it. Reason why I am filling to complaint again transunion
