Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
When I indicate a payment amount and date, the credit card verification page changes them. For example, just now I indicated I wanted to make a $350.00 payment tomorrow from my personal bank account. The verification page showed a $270.00 payment ( the minimum payment due ) scheduled from my business bank account. A few days ago I made a $400.00 payment, indicating I wanted the payment date to be - -. The payment processed on - -, the actual due date of the payment, which I am sure incurred additional interest. This happens very frequently and I must be vigilant and correct the errors every time I make a payment. Last month I sent a comment to the credit card company and was told it was an error in their system that would be fixed. The next - payments I made suffered the exact same problem. My comment sent earlier this month received a response that did not address the issue. I just sent another comment stating that I would take the issue to the next level, which is the CFPB.
