Barclays Credit card department,
BARCLAY BANK issued a - - credit card to me and within a few months I received several unauthorized charges. Many calls were made to correct this over a few months. Reassurances were made by many representatives that the charges would be corrected and the account was closed for safety purposes. Yet the charges continued and the calls to Barclays continued. The last correction was for $49.00. Two months later I received an email for a late balance all regarding this $49.00 and interest and multiple late fees. A bill that I was guaranteed had been removed after several more calls. I am refusing to pay this bill and I am not receiving any satisfaction from BARCLAYS BANK to correct this problem.
