I attended - - -, wa - and university of Idaho in - -, ID ) now my student loans ( both federal and private ) are in repayment w - and Salliemae. My - major complants is that after I qualified for IBR plan they sold my loan to another agency without contact me and now - having trouble with a third company and having to reapply for an IBR. In addition - has removed funds out of my bank account without permission, multiple times over the last 6month 's. I have called once to four times per day directly to the onbuds but have not received any calls or written statement of the finding or request for more information. After - requests, in the last 6 months, for a written statement of the repayment agreement, I still have n't received any written agreement or information on why they were not able to provide that information. On top of several problems I have had with both - and Salliemae they are not correctly reporting to credit agencys ( they say that I am making late payments on my loans although they are the ones that are removing the funds out of the account. When I called them on it they said they would forward the inquiry and when the a supervisor got back to me they said it was do to processing time and days that the banks are open. They did tell me in order to get this up to date i would need to make a double payment in one month. However due to the fact - is withdrawing over double the agreed monthly repayment amount. I really feel like manyof these tactics and actions are illegal and I have been advised by more than - professional service to sue, however I do not want to take this action but I will if it is truly necessary.
