I have disputed this account three times and they continue to verify but not validate according to the information requested in my initial letter, which to my understanding I have a right to request that all of these questions be answered. I am enclosing the last correspondence which shattered my faith in this company when I found another consumer 's credit information included in my mail and I believe in retaliation this company immediately added this account to my account again which caused my credit score to go down again. I think there aggressive behavior and the consistent letters stating they are concluding their investigation without providing the information I requested is intimidation. Please help.
