I Have opened multiple credit disputes with - # -, - and - and others for the creditor - Hospital for charges $5200.00. Items have been reported under the credit collection names -, - - - - and most recently Optimum Outcomes. I am currently making payments thru - Law Offices in, - - - -, -, WI - account # - phone - - ext -. I have asked for an itemized statement from - Law Offices who refuse to give information saying that they only have collection orders for specific amounts which gives me no way to dispute the charges or to know if these charges are from - Hospital, doctors, clinics or services rendered on the day I received service - or what the real balance is that I do owe. Therefore I have made payments according to items


I have receipts of payments I made for $590.00, $390.00, $340.00. $250.00, $90.00, $52.00. In the last 2 months my balance on - for state wide coll has changed from $390.00, to $300.00 and most recently now $330.00 and have advised - I will not send any additional payments until I get something in writing that this is my final payment and instead Optimum Outcomes charges are now added on instead. Also they refuse to remove items on my credit report as payments are made, I have to open a dispute with - after each payment which takes 30 days for updates to my credit file with Equifax. even though I have made them aware of this practice. When I began making payments to - Law offices, also collector for -, under the name -, I made payment according to what was reflected on my credit, yet - advised - of additional charges saying that balance - reported on my report was wrong and the balance was then adjusted and - allowed then to add more charges. Most recently, - as of -/-/15 has allowed Optimum Outcomes to report the same $5200.00 for - Hospital, - lump sum, again. They also added the tag charges disputed by consumer? I had no knowledge of who Optimum Outcomes was until I checked my credit report on - -. I have also disputed the charges for - Hospital with - under the name of - and - and - removed these charges because - can not prove the charges nor able to itemize charges for this total amount.
