The purpose for my complaint today is because I have tried to log in to my lowes account online and it is not allowing me to log in. I called in and spoke to a representative in the fraud department whom then sent me a code to my home phone number and verified that it is me. She proceeded to tell me that my account was triggered due to my recent address change. She then explained further that some aspect of the account sent my account for management review and that there is nobody that I can speak to call back in 1 week. I find this situation to be ludicrous due to me being a lowes credit card customer since - of 2014. I have never been late on my account and have not gone near my credit limit. I proceeded to ask for a corporate number and was told there is no such number.
