I am very mad due to me application for the PayPal mastercard with synchrony bank being declined due to not verifying identity when I did verify my identity SUCCESFULLY ( exact word of the customer service rep doing the verification ) With them the day I applied and now I receive a letter in the mail saying I was declined for not being able to verify identity. When I call now I am getting different answers and no one has any clue what I 'm talking about I have already taken a hard credit inquiry for the application and should have been approved but because they ca n't figure out how to verify my identity and have very many untrained customer service agents that will not assist. I have tried speaking to manager and am being told that someone messed up on the verification process but they ca n't fix there mistake so I 'm the one that has to deal with it.
