received collection letter from - on behalf of Pinnacle on behalf of -. Do not owe the debt. I sent written request for? ALL of the foillowing. 1. copy or original agreement with -2. debt validation3. debt verification4. how this debt was calculated including payment history. amount originally owed. fees assessed. interest charged. 5. copy of original contract for account sale between Pinnacle and - , and - and - . 6. to have removed from my credit report. - wrote back and said they would attempt to do so and would be back in touch. This was almost 6 months ago. Now no one responds to my letters or calls to have this resolved. I am left with this and small claims court to resolve this now.
