AES/PHEAA Student Loan Complaint

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments South Carolina

Have been making payments to the company $190.00 & $210.00 a month is all I can afford as a teacher. I have begged and tried to get the monthly payment lowered to that any they are not working with me, no matter what even though Im paying them as much as I can. ( AES ) I am not trying to default on these loans, but I only make so much and with raising - small children my budget is not flexible.
