In - I signed up for a - - - credit card from US Bank. I met the minimum spend but was not awarded the bonus points on a technicality that it was met on my Husbands Authorized users card. US Bank has a convoluted system where they have a central billing system, and the - account and primary account are separate. Their terms do state that the sped must be met on the primary account holders account, but their system is so confusing that most people would believe that the primary account included authorized users, which it does not with them. They really confuse their customers with this system, and even though they received my business and my spend they refuse to award me the points that i deserve by meeting the minimum spend. I think it is unfair that they do not explicitly state these terms so that their customers understand their system, and their requirements to earn these points they offer to get new business accounts. It is an unfair practice that needs to be changed.
