I paid an auto loan off through PNC Bank on - -, 2015 and put a stop payment on the auto pay through - on - -, 2015 but something went wrong and - paid a - payment to the acct that PNC says was closed on - -. PNC says they never received it, that it was automatically rejected and - says they have no record of this rejection and do n't have the money. PNC says they have no escalation process because it was never received and - says they ca n't escalate until they have something from PNC. I know every time money electronically transfers it goes through the Fed Reserve and has a Fed number to track but all parties refuse to look into it. $720.00 is n't a huge amount of money for some people but it 's - and I do n't have any money!
