Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Washington

My daughter was to be on an auto pay program for 3 months so she could qualify for a 15 month payment program. Navient took out the - payment for -, but not for - ... .so she is 'late ' again. Their fault, not hers. More fees and bad credit, on her, and me as a cosigner. This has happened over and over again, and we have documentation. Looking for help with legal issues to sue.
