In - 2015 I went to Wells Fargo Bank ( - - - - - - - -, VA, - - ). I deposited my payroll check as usual. It was not until I went to a local store to make a purchase that I was told my debit card was declined. I called the customer service line for Wells Fargo to inquire about the issue and was told it would take 3-5 business days to resolve and was told my funds were deposited and withdrawn on the same day. It is important to note that I did not make a withdraw request only a deposit. This was on a Saturday which left me without any money until the next week. Well on -/-/15 I again went to the same Wells Fargo bank to deposit my payroll check and again the transaction made by teller was that of a deposit and withdraw again leaving me without access to my money. I am not sure why this continues to happen. I have called the customer department and spoke with - - but again was told it would take 3-5 business days to research problem. I also spoke with - Customer Service Manager and was told she could not speak to me over the phone due to confidentiality, and suggested I come into the branch. This is not acceptable to me as I would need to take time off work which would cause hardship. I feel like I have no other recourse than to file a complaint. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Please advise,
