Aside from being a predatory lending company with inflated interested rates. Navient has disabled my account and made it impossible to log back in. I 've called them multiple times trying to resolve this but they refuse to help. I have absolutely no access to my account, I can not pay them, and nobody in customer service can help me. I 've also submitted complaints via email and social media. They also call me day and night, disrupting my work day and upsetting my employer. They call at night when I am sleeping and on Holidays. They are relentless. I can over over - missed calls in 30 minutes.
