On -/-/15 I reached out to a Navient Ombudsman, - -, asking for my loans variable index, margin, and rate cap. I received the attached response, in a secured document, ( the pw is - ) Navient is intentionally not disclosing the margin or rate cap so that I can not make a fully informed decision on loan refinancing.
