Payday loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Michigan

I do not think I ever took a loan from these people. - - is apparently where i obtained the loan, though i do not recognize this, and I am being hounded by a company called National Principle Group, They say I took the loan in -, they say I made payments from - to - of -. They say I borrowed - but owe -. I have taken loans from Pay day people, ( I admit it sadly ) I have ALWAYS PAID them back and in fact have not used - for several years now. These people are harassing me at work and on my cell. I have told them I contacted my attorney General 's office, that I will pay if, I in fact owe it, and have requested that they send me the information in writing, through the mail. They will not, usually yelling at me telling me they 'DONT HAVE TO DO THAT '' they want to send me an email, ( but the email they have for me is no longer good, I have NO, and will NOT give them my new one ) They do have at least the last - digits of


of - if I paid right away. I have not. i can block them from my cell, but i ca n't stop them from calling my work, how can i do this before i get fired!!! if i owe it, i will pay it. My question is why wo n't they send it to me in writing if it is legitimate? i have not moved, nor changed jobs since the date of the so called debt, if i did owe this money i ca n't believe that i have not received one thing in writing or before this time from 6 years ago. BOY WHAT A MISTAKE, ONE I WILL NEVER MAKE AGAIN. The first person i talked to was not bad, firm, but not mean, the - and - ( i no longer take the calls if i can help it ) were both harassing, yelling, threatening, talking fast, never letting me say anything just yelling, " admit you owe it, admit you wont pay it, we will take further action '', when i ask for it in writing they yell they do n't have to, they will send it in an email and i can print it, but when i told the Atty Gen, they said they will send the email but it wo n't contain any information and that they HAVE to send it by mail, which a legitimate collection co would do. it 's getting meaner and more harassing with each call and i will admit to being scared.
