This complaint is an addendum to a complaint filed earlier against Wells Fargo Bank The file no.is -. This correspondence should be forward to - - -, Department Manager of Research and Correspondence who answered the previous complaint. I followed up with his suggestion regarding my claim. That phone number referred me back to their Fraud Liability Div. where I was given another customer service Rep. - times I called and their has been no response. The name - -,! --.Once again Wells Fargo stalled and did n't follow-up on their correspondence letter. Now the statute of limits is up on the initial charge of their negligence. I, now willpursue action against Wells Fargo under California code 530.8.The trial of documents will be presented in court to a judge force them to clear my name .Wells Fargo has n't made any attempt to help me. The fine is $100.00 a day. The Initial investigation goes back to - -. I intend to name, you, - - - in a separate small claims lawsuit at $100.00 a day. The law passed in -/-/- and is specific about Wells Fargo 's obligation. In addition I will forward a whistle blower complaint to the Attorney Generals office of the state of California and the US attorney 's office in - -, California. I will ask them to investigate how an account opened in my name disappeared from your system.Could their be other accounts opened. Did anyone internally delete this fraudulent account.? The state of California losses might be greater than just mine. Did your bank investigate? My records of the account existence will be Social Security records, -, the IRS and the district attorney 's of - -, California.
