AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Having problems with customer service New York

-/-/2014 I had advised these - companies National Collegiate Trust and American education Services who administer the loan for National that this account was an Identity Theft. I have sent them numerous packet of affadavits and police reports regarding the theft and their own paperwork that shows that my signature was forged. I have sent numerous letters to the Vp of Loan Operations I have even put complaints in on this site and they still have not responded nor have they taken the information of my credit report. What they have done is send the account to - different collection agencies that harrass me about this account until I send them the identity theft paperwork. I have also filed complaints with the board of ed and federal trade commission. But to no avail. I feel these companies are just scam companies and should be put out of business!!!!!!!!!!!
