I have a Direct Express - - Comerica Bank -, my Social Security - money is loaded onto this card monthly. I had fraud on my card starting on - - of this month and someone was able to take all of money out of my account. I reported the fraud to Direct Express as soon as I realized I had no money left in my account, my card was still in my possession, so they canceled my card and sent a new -. They are telling me it could take up to 90 days for them to give me my money back. It was over - - dollars that was taken all of my money, I 'm - and depend on this money to pay the - live in Oregon and was on a mini vacation in - Oregon with my - year old Grandson, I was using this same card to pay for my vacation, at the time the fraud was taking place in New York -, the people that used my card went to a - several times and withdrew money from my account, - should be able to see these people on their Surveylance cameras right?
the fraud, they are telling me again it can take up to 90 days, are Direct Express cards treated differently? I have talked to - different people in the level - fraud department at Direct Express and both have told me they have 90 days to return my my money. I sure hope you can help me, - is around the corner, I was planning on using some of my money for -. Thank You! -
