I have put in a dispute with -, but nothing became of it. I am looking for some one to help us with American Servicing Company - mortgage. Our payments were close to $2300.00 a month, my husband lost is job with -. Went through a Lawyer firm we paid $2900.00 and after a month and a half said they could not do any thing for us, We lost that money. We are dealing with - - who is doing their best getting our interest rate down and lowing our payments to what we can afford. We have not paid a mortgage payment since -/-/-. Husband is - - with our son, giving him - % of the pay checks. He dose not work he dose not get paid, just like this - Holiday. I 'm working making - biweekly working for - My credit went from over - + to -, even with Preferred Law working to help us paying them $650.00 a month for 6 months. Please look into this for us we really need someone to get down to the bottom off this and find someone who is willing to work with us until we can get back on our feet and be able to pay a mortgage payment. We are really struggling.
