Amex Prepaid card department,

General purpose card Managing, opening, or closing account Tennessee

American express serve card purchased for - in cash from - with friend. I spent roughly - on - purchases. Needed some cash back so i had to send additional info in for atm use. Social security number was entered in wrong to begin with. They canceled card and refuse to refund the other - The card was lost or stolen the next day. It's been roughly 3 weeks now.
