My ATM card 's expiration date was - 2014. When I did not receive my new card by mid - Istopped in - branches over the course of two weeks, - - -, - - and -. I never requested over-draft protection, but I received this letter rejecting my application. When Iinquired about this issue, the - - - explained that over-draft protection isautomatlcally applled for when you renew your ATM card. I have never had this happen before and I'vebeen banking with you for at least eight years. I was also told that a credit check was not done, but that was not true.
