-/-/15 : I attempted to withdraw $100.00 from a PNC bank ATM and only received $60.00. I reported the discrepancy and was issued a provisional credit pending the outcome of the investigation into the dispute. letter dated -/-/15 : I received a letter indicating that the transaction was processed correctly and the money would be withdrawn from my account. Upon receiving this letter, I called PNC to request the documentation of the investigation and was told that I would need to call to speak with the disputes department. -/-/15 : I called to request documentation of the investigation and was told that there was no documentation to be sent and that I could not speak directly with the disputes department. When speaking to a manager, he informed me that PNC saw no error reported by the ATM in question. He said that I could reopen the dispute and it should be resolved within 45-90 days. I informed him that they only had a maximum of 45 days to resolve this to which he disagreed. The manager stated that PNC was doing me a favor by reopening the investigation. He then dismissed my inquiries into why and how the initial dispute was never fully investigated and pushed to have me end the call.
