Credit card False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Illinois

Portfolio Recovery stated that i owe them $620.00 for a - - card ending in -, but on their verification letter the amount is $620.00, These amounts are different, and since they record their phone calls i would like them to share the conversation i had with them on -/-/15 at - ( - - - ) stating i owe $620.00, and how I have a letter from them stating i owe $620.00. I find this to be unlawful for them to collect the wrong amount. I demand that since their unlawful practices trying to collect more money than i actually owe that their reporting to all - credit bureaus cease immediately. And any mention of Portfolio Recovery and Associates be removed from all - credit bureaus.
