On or about - of 2015, - contacted me about certain JC PENNY credit card debt account # -. I personally notified -, that I dispute the validity of this debt and requested that they validate the debt under FDCA ,15 USC 1692, to which they failed to do so. However, in violation of the FDCA, -, unlawfully continued attempt to collect on an illegal debt in clear violation of my FCRA and Privacy Rights, causing and preventing me from obtaining new credit, secure adequate housing and or a meaningful employment. Furthermore, I advised -, that this debt was a direct result of ID THEFT and as such that I am not liable for this debt. I also requested that - provide me copies of said unpaid invoices and name and address of the original creditor to which they failed to do so. Upon belief and Information, whereas, the debt was as a direct result of - and ID THEFT, I requested that this account be permanently closed and any adverse information that resulted from this unauthorized use be deleted from my credit report. Nonetheless, - purposefully with ulterior motive disregarded the RULE OF LAW and my request causing and depriving me access to housing ; meaningful employment and/or to obtain new credit without just cause or any legitimate reason.
