While reviewing my -, - & - credit report, I discovered that a fraudulent collection has been placed on profile .I have specifically advised and requested - - - - - that this debt was as a direct result of ID THEFT of LOST/STOLEN CREDIT CARD which was noted on the account. Nonetheless, - - - continues to disregard my request in clear violation of - ; FCRA and my PRIVACY RIGHTS, causing me to be denied adequate housing, meaningful employment and or obtain new credits. I have maintained that - must validate the DEBT under - and conduct a through investigation demonstrating with preponderance of evidence that this debt belongs to me and provide me with copies of all verifiable evidence of my culpability to this debt.Absent being in compliance of the law, -, action constitutes gross negligence and need to resolve the matter timely to avoid further unreasonable irreparable pains and sufferings.
