About JC Penny Credit Card. I found - of $2.00 minimum interest charges in -/-/15 and -/-/15 statements. I called JC Penny Credit Card around -/-/15 to ask why and they explained they were on the purchase I made on $5.00 on -/-/15, which went to the remaining " promotional '' rate of balance and therefore those charges were made. First, no explanation until the call that that amount went to that kind of balance. -, the lady on the phone waived those - $2.00 charges ( total of $4.00 ) and I confirmed online that those charges had been refunded a few days after the call. BUT mysteriously, - of the refunds had been disappeared when I checked online today.
Fourth, the refund was made on -/-/15 and another $2.00 minimum interest charge was made on -/-/15. I can see those on " Recent Activity '' page of their website, but again mysteriously, those transactions are not in the statement on -/-/15. I was just sick and tired of this never ending charges and just paid the remaining balance full today ( -/-/15 ), but I want those $2.00 x 3 times = $6.00 back or at least $2.00 x 2 times = $4.00 back as was agreed and done on -/-/15 phone conversation with JC Penney Credit Card Support lady.
