I have disputed this collection before and it was removed from my credit report. Now it is back and they are sending me letters trying to collect a debt I do not owe. This account does not belong to me. I have never had an account with this Creditor. I am requesting that it be removed from my credit report. If you fail to remove it, you are required by law to provide proof that the debt is mine. Please see the attached document and the comments.
