Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid
Commercial Acceptance Company Debt collection department,
Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Pennsylvania
The debt was from an auto accident -/-/2010. I sustained injuries and the - - was called. I could not leave with the - at that time because I was making arrangements for my totaled car and speaking to police. In PA we have the no fault law that medical bills due to any auto accident are submitted to your auto insurance carrier until the benefits are exhausted, then to your medical insurance. My auto insurance, - -, paid the allowable $80.00 of the $100.00 bill. The $20.00 that was not paid should have been written off or submitted to my medical insurance. I spoke to the - - personnel several times and they told me they would correct the error ... .over 5 years later and still on my credit!
