Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
I can not sign into my online account so that I may manage my credit card account. I have called the credit card companies Customer Service department many times in the last 2 months and my issue is still not resolved and they will not give me any kind of timeline in which it will be resolved or what they will do to resolve the issue. I do not feel safe using my credit card if I can not track my account online myself.
