Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
Credit line increase/decrease Vermont
Had several cards for years through GE Capital. Cards were moved over to Synchrony without my knowledge. Have always been a good customer. Paid bills on time and never late on my payments. Soon as Synchrony took over they dropped my credit line down to the balance on each card, along with increasing my payments. This has dramatically affected my credit score from - to -. Basically I am financially ruined. I put this complaint in to your org last year. I see that there was legal action taken. I have not recieved any compensation for there illegal activities. Last year you informed me that nothing illegal was being done to me!!!! I want this issue resolved. Today you even refuse to give me my complaint #. You sent me to calling - etc ; I have spent - hours today triying to get some help. It seems like nobody wants to take the heat for the action they took on my complaint. I wish for someone to review my last complaint.
