Wells Fargo Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas
In - -, my wife and I secured a loan with Wells Fargo Dealer Services for a - Scion xD. In - -, I became unemployed. My wife and I were able to continue regular payment until late -, after my unemployment was exhausted. I finally secured part time employment -/-/-, and finally full time employment -/-/- WFDS did defer - payments -/-/-, but we have still struggled through -. Our car was repossessed in - -. We explained the situation to WFDS, and were able to borrow money to reinstate the loan and catch it up until - - ( although we were under the impression that it was caught up to - - ). From there, we were unable to make the next payment -/-/- ( -/-/- per their records ), but were able to pay $400.00 - ( a full payment ) and another $300.00 -/-/-, with the next payment stated due -/-/-. However, -/-/- within 6 months, and the vehicle just over 2 months past due, WFDS decided to repo the car again, and is now demanding full redemption to get our car back. We were quoted $10000.00 before - or the car is to be auctioned. WFDS is unwilling to negotiate. In fact, their staff has been mostly uncaring, rude, and condescending.
