PNC Bank Credit card department,
please make sure you escalate to someone other than - -. he has not responded to my calls and sent merely a script not addressing the issues. Please send to ceo. if i get an answer from logan i will be incensed and demand someone else. i again got interest. pnc limites the times you can pay from an external account so i made a payment on - when it was clear i intended to pay the whole balance. like my record indicates and it zapped me with a minimum interest charge. i want it back. in addiiton when i called to pay the hold time was over - hour. what else could i have done? due date was - on card -can not use my cards now. i want this sent to someone else and handled. this is pure greed and trickery. please refund my interest. without a script or explanation of how its charged as i am not asking that and that is not the issue. either make it easier for someone to pay externally or do away with interest but no traps.
