Have - student loans with Navient. Have been making a consolidated payment each month. Received a letter of default and called. They stated I have n't been making payments. Checked online and all payments PER THEIR website have been made. They have now sent me to a collection agency. This is Insane!! And each time I call I receive a different answer. If I am making the agreed payment each month I know it 's not legal to send me to collections. This company has the worst collection practices.
