My brother has a Bank of America credit card he quit paying on a few years ago when he lost his job. He - is a U.S. Army retiree with -, -, - and physical injuries -. He has an - and needs another -. He had - - about 2 years ago, he has spent months in - to no avail, he has had to call - three times in the last few months as he has no memory and takes too much - forgetting he alredy took it. He can - and can not manage his affairs. He lives on about $1400.00 per month and Bank of America is trying to garnish his bank account where his - social security is paid into. Bank of America has been provided all this information but persists in collection despite having proof his only, meager income is exempt.
