HSBC Bank was a revolving credit account I opened in -/-/-. I filed for - - Bankruptcy on : -/-/-, and HSBC was included in the filing. I paid on this account for over two years after filing bankruptcy until HSBC Bank discovered I filed for bankruptcy two years previous, and my account was closed. The closing date that this account was reported to - was -/-/-, which should have been corrected as : -/-/-. I sent previous letters to HSBC Bank with no response. My most recent letter was faxed to their correspondence department on : -/-/-, and I have never received any response from HSBC or to -. I requested that HSBC contact - regarding the error to update, and correct the closing date so - will delete the account with HSBC Bank from my - file. - has never had any contact by HSBC to remedy this correction. HSBC Bank has been the most difficult business as they will not respond to my letters, and after charging-off my account, they generated - electronic checks, and withdrew funds from my personal checking account without my knowledge or authorization in -/-/-.
