Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New Jersey

I have a medical collection posted on my credit report from Commonwealth Financial Systems ( CFS ). The debt is not mine. I have contacted CFS to verify the debt. I requested to be provided with a proof that this debt belongs to me, as any accounts I might have had are obsolete. They did not provide me with any document or evidence that this debt is mine. Under HIPAA privacy laws CFS should not have any of my personal medical information, unless they have a written '' agreement with the original creditor to collect debt on their behalf. I have called CFS several times and I have send certified letter requesting to cease and deceit from reporting incorrect and false information to the credit report agency. CFS have not responded to any letters I have send to them. Commonwealth Financial Systems continues to report false information on my credit report.
