Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
Recently I had filed a complaint with your agency against Synchrony Bank - regarding a $25.00 Fee along with Interest charges applied - my account for the - Payment Method which according - all of these Shop @ Home TV Programs are interest free & I believe I was Correct because Synchrony Credited back - my - Account all of the interest charges.So I decided - check My Synchrony /- or - Acct and low and behold over $450.00 in interest charges have been applied - my account even though - States on their program - is Interest Free.
