I have a Citibank Checking/Savings account. On -/-/15, I deposited a check which subsequently bounced. I was charged - dollars due to the checking account that was providing the source of funds having insufficient funds. I believe that this unfair and fraudulent ; since, I am unaware of whether the check I received will clear or not. Being the recipient, I should not be held responsible for the failure of another person 's mistake.
