Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp ( aka NMAC ) has incorrectly reported a 30 day late payment to the - major credit reporting agencies purportedly for the Month of - 2015. This 30 day late payment reflects on my credit report for the month of -. In a conversation with NMAC Representative - - on Thursday - -, 2015, she referenced the account and acknowledged that NMAC records show that the - 2015 payment was received 28 days past the due date on Friday - -, 2015 but did not credit the account until Monday - -, 2015. She further acknowledged a potential lag time as a result of NMAC 's then --party payment processing company -, -. In a letter from NMAC dated - -, 2015 they incorrectly make reference to the - payment being received - -, 2015 ; Again, this is not accurate information - NMAC records show that payment was in fact received 28 days past the -, 2015 due date on - -, 2015. This credit reporting practice is not in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).
