N.A.R., Inc. Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit November 4, 2015 - I received a letter in the mail today from a bankruptcy office stating that a company named NAR INC. was awarded a judgment against me on -/-/2015. This is the first Ive heard of it. Previously, I had tried to work out a payment plan with NAR, INC ( North American Recovery ), but they would not accept anything lower than $50.00 per month. I failed to pay them the - payment due to the fact I could n't afford this payment, now 1 month later they were awarded a judgement? They would not accept the $25.00 a month payment I offered them.
