I needed an - for spraying soybeans. The custom sprayer person could only do it on the morning of - -, 2015. I told the merchant very clearly it must be at my residence by - -, 2015. The merchant promised me over the phone that the latest it would be there is the afternoon of - -. When the merchant did not deliver on his promise and get it there by - -, I had to drive - miles and buy the spray elsewhere. Then when the now worthless chemical arrived at my door I sent it back to the merchant and said you did not send it it time you promised and it now has no value to me. So, now the merchant has the chemical and still does to this day. My credit card company, Amazon rewards visa by chase refuses to credit my account even though the vendor broke the contract on delivery date and still has the chemical. So, I am currently out $870.00 and the vendor has my $870.00 and the chemical. Please please do not let more consumers be taken by the lack of responsible behavior by vendors and credit card companies. The name of the company is - - - and the name of the vendor is Amazon rewards by Chase. Thank you
