I lived in - - - for two years and have been having problems with them since before I moved out in the end of -/-/-. I paid my rent early more than - time and - of the times they tried to evict me for unpaid rent. I have every rent receipt from them starting from - - -. My car was broken into - times on their property, before I moved out someone broke into my apartment while I was at work, I have police reports for all of these things as well. After my apartment was broken into they put a note on my door saying I owed $100.00 for unpaid rent. I am on -, so that is why you will see different amounts. But I attached my run down from -, so even if there was unpaid rent due I would NOT owe the full amount. And if I did even owe them a full months rent that would mean I would have had to not pay my rent for more than one month. And if I did n't pay more than one months rent why was I NEVER evicted? Why are they coming after me for the full amount and not charging - - for not paying their portion? Cause it 's a false claim. They sent my name to - collections and I asked them to prove the debt they sent me a bill & I sent them my proof. They left me alone and a year later another collections agency is trying to collect from me. They have reported this to my credit which is effecting me.
