I called Flagship in regards to my vehicle loan to let them know that there was a $4700.00 check on its way to them. I asked to be transferred to the total los department as that was where I had been previously told that was who I needed to talk to. They bounced me around the first time I called and the. Sent me to someone 's voicemail. I hung up and called back. I asked to be transferred to the total loss department once agin. They transferred me to a female named - who stated that she was my representative. I asked if she was in total loss. She said that she was not. I asked to be transferred and she declined to transfer me stating that she was handling my account. I informed her that the check was on its way from the gap insurance. She asked me to hold on and then placed me on hold. She kept me on hold for approximately 5 minutes. When she came back on he line she then proceeded to tell me that she had to transfer me to another department. I asked her why she did not just transfer me when I asked and she would not answer. She kept talking over me. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She said she would transfer me. The next thing I know I am listening to a - recording. I hung up and called and spoke with a supervisor who stated that she must have dialed the wrong number.
